Immunoglobulin G4-related disease (IgG4-RD) was proposed as a new clinical entity characterized by tissue infiltration with IgG4-positive plasma cells and elevated serum IgG4 levels in patients with sclerosing pancreatitis.1 Here, we presented a rare case of IgG4-RD complicated with Kimura disease-like skin eruption, RA-like abnormality and interstitial pneumonia.
