Blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell neoplasm (BPDCN) is a rare hematopoietic neoplasm originating from plasmacytoid dendritic cell precursors that typically follows a very aggressive clinical course.1,2 Data on the role of dermoscopy in the diagnosis of lymphoproliferative disorders is expanding with reports of dermoscopic features of specific cutaneous lymphoma subtypes.3.
