Darier's Disease (DD) is an autosomal dominant acantholytic dermatosis with an estimated prevalence of 1:30000-1000001 . Onset is during childhood or adolescence2 and is characterised keratotic, crusted red-brown papules in a seborrhoeic distribution, nail changes (longitudinal erythronychia, longitudinal ridges and distal breakage with V-shaped notches) and palmar/plantar pits1 .
