We would like to discuss on "Symmetrical drug-related intertriginous and flexural exanthema like eruption associated with COVID-19 vaccination [1]." Lim and Wylie proposed for possible association between skin problem and ChAdOx1 nCoV-19 (AstraZeneca-Oxford) vaccine [1]. The adverse skin reaction of any drugs and vaccine is possible. Regarding new COVID-19 vaccine, the pathomechanism is interesting. It is questionable whether there is any other possible cause of exanthema such as co-infection by other viruses. Regarding vaccine adverse effect, a possible mechanism is the increased blood viscosity after vaccination [2]. Examthem-likee lesion is a possible uncommon clinical presentation of hyperviscosity [3 - 4].
