A 58-year-old gentleman, known case of Hurley stage III hidradenitis suppurativa (HS), presented with a 3-month history of a growing, granulomatous plaque involving skin over the right temporal area (Figure 1A). The patient's HS was controlled with adalimumab 40mg weekly, which had been initiated 9 months prior to development of the plaque.
