A 38-year-old gentleman presented to the acute dermatology clinic in July with the above eruption, which had been evolving over the previous 72 hours from initial distinct areas of 'pinprick'. He described the eruption as itchy & uncomfortable. His past medical history included atopy, with mild atopic dermatitis. He took no regular medications, but did take fexofenadine and used clobetasone 0.05% ointment on a PRN basis.
