Tinea pseudoimbricata is a superficial dermatophytosis characterized by multiple concentric rings similar to Tinea imbricata, caused by dermatophytes other than Trichophyton concentricum.1 Tinea pseudoimbricata is an uncommon presentation of Tinea incognito mainly affecting patients with long-term topical steroids misuse.2 A 42-year-old black male, born in a West Africa country, presented with a one-month history of fatigue and widespread skin lesions. He denied fever, chills or unintentional weight loss.
