Fingolimod is an effective disease‐modifying drug for relapsing–remitting multiple sclerosis (RRMS), but drug discontinuation might cause rebound syndrome, defined as massive and prolonged exacerbation of MS. We report a case of intractable MS with rebound syndrome after fingolimod cessation.
