Acute generalized exanthematous pustular eruption (AGEP) is an acute reaction consisting of a widespread erythematous rash with non-follicular sterile pustules generally induced by drugs and rarely by topical agents. Fever and peripheral blood leukocytosis are usually present (1,2).
