Laparoscopic approach for a presacral cyst represents a minimally invasive technique which allows patients to return to normal in a short time. Transvaginal extraction of the specimen reduces wound infection risk and improves patient satisfaction. Since pre-sacral cysts are rare, this video vignette could be useful to a colorectal surgeon who decides to do the procedure.
