Dynamic graciloplasty as a surgical option for the treatment of faecal incontinence has not been widely adopted probably because it is associated a significant number of complications as well as modest functional results. [1, 2]. Previous studies have suggested superior functional results for adynamic y compared to dynamic graciloplasty[3, 4].
