We present a case of a 56-year-old female with a two month history of abdominal pain and hematochezia. Colonoscopy and biopsy showed an adenocarcinoma and an abdominal CT and MRI revealed the tumor was located in the lower sigmoid colon with local invasion into the posterior wall of the bladder. The clinical stage was cT4bN+M0.
