The aim of this video "Laparoscopic Right Colectomy with an En Bloc Hepatectomy After an Ileocolonic Open Bypass - A video vignette" is to demonstrate the possibility of laparoscopic resection for locally advanced colon cancer and the technical aspects of this surgery. This video shows a minimally invasive approach following oncological principles of a right colectomy with a partial hepatectomy after an open ileocolonic bypass for a colonic adenocarcinoma with liver and Gerota's fascia invasion.
