Although gastric cancer (GC) and colorectal cancer (CRC) are common, ssynchronous disease is uncommon 1,2 . A 60-years-old man presented with a two month history of upper abdominal pain. There was no family history of cancer. Gastroscopy revealed a 2.5 cm irregular ulcerofungating lesion at the gastric angle.
