There is no established consensus on the optimal surgical approach to para‐aortic lymph node (PALN) dissection in patients with colorectal cancer. This study aimed to demonstrate the technical and oncological safety of minimally invasive PALN dissection for left‐sided colonic and rectal cancer patients with clinically suspected infrarenal PALN metastasis.
