Myxofibrosarcoma classically presents as a painless mass in the proximal extremities. Cutaneous myxofibrosarcomas arising in the head and neck and distal extremities are extremely uncommon. We present a series of 6 cases of myxofibrosarcoma presenting in the head and neck and acral locations.
