Angioimmunoblastic T‐cell lymphoma (AITL) is a systemic peripheral T‐cell lymphoma with a follicular helper T‐cell (TFH) immunophenotype that frequently involves the skin. However, the histopathology of cutaneous involvement by AITL has not been fully established.
