Splenic involvement by lymphomas is rare. Secondary involvement of the spleen in lymphomas is more commonly seen as a part of the disseminated disease in contrast to primary splenic lymphomas. Non-Hodgkin's lymphomas are more common in spleen as compared to Hodgkin's lymphoma. Herein, we present a case of splenic Hodgkin's lymphoma in a young adult with multiple, tiny splenic lesions without any other organ involvement. This article is protected by copyright.
