Secretory carcinoma is a recently described salivary gland neoplasm that shares the same histologic appearance and ETV6 gene (12p13) rearrangement as secretory carcinoma of the breast.Establishing a definite diagnosis requires microscopic examination and immunohistochemical confirmation. The major cytologic differential diagnoses include myoepithelioma, myoepithelial carcinoma andacinic cell carcinoma. We present a case of a middle-aged male with secretory carcinoma of the parotid diagnosed on fine needle aspiration cytology and immunocytochemistry on cell-block.
