A 27-year-old male presented with anterior chest wall swelling of 4 years duration. There was no significant past or family history. On examination, the mass was nodular, firm, 2.5×2 cm in size, adherent to the overlying skin, non-mobile, and non-tender. CT scan revealed a homogenously enhancing, well-circumscribed mass in the subcutaneous fat of anterior chest wall. The overlying skin could not be separately identified from the mass. Other routine laboratory investigations were unremarkable.
