Chordoma, a neoplasm of notochordal differentiation, is a rare subtype of bone sarcoma typically occurring along the axial skeleton. The Authors report the case of a 63-yrs M with a history of progressive nasal obstruction.FNA demonstrated a characteristic cytological pattern for this peculiar entity.
