Esophageal stent was used to treat the esophageal diseases, such as leaks, fistula, malignant strictures 1 . The stent migration rate is as high as 26.9%2 . Several techniques have been used to fix stents. However, the fixation ability was limited due to the mucosal layer anchoring. Overstitch™ was first reported to fix stents by Kantsevoy 3 ,which can promote rates of clinical success and not increase rates of adverse events 45 . This article is protected by copyright.
