A man in his seventies complained of constipation. Colonoscopy revealed 40-mm diameter lesion at the ileocecum. The lesion was flat-type non-granular laterally spreading tumor(LST-NG) on the ileocecal valve(Fig.1a), extending to the terminal ileum. Magnifying narrow-band imaging showed regular surface and vessel pattern(Fig.1b). Even if we performed endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) for the lesion, ESD would be challenging because of the site.
