EN BLOC RESECTION of laterally spreading tumors (LST)-non granular (NG) pseudodepressed type is mandatory due to a high risk of submucosal invasion. Sometimes, it might be difficult to snare these lesions. During underwater endoscopic mucosal resection without submucosal injection (UEMR), the colonic lesion “floats” in a lumenfilledwithfluid andmuscularis propria retains a circular configuration and does not follow involutions of the mucosa and submucosa even during peristaltic contractions. We observed that during peristalsis, there is infolding of flat-depressed lesions into the lumen making it easier to snare (Figs 1,2). We present two cases of 20 mm 0-IIa+IIc non-granular LST NICE 2 that were referred for endoscopic resection (Video S1). Due to its concavity, these lesions had a “C”-like shape (Fig. 2) making conventional snaring difficult.
