A 75-year-old woman with a sigmoid loop colostomy experienced repeated stoma prolapse of both the oral and anal sites (Figure 1a). Endoscopic-assisted percutaneous sigmoidopexy was planned because general anesthesia would pose a high risk. The institutional review board approved this treatment. (No. 13-B-97).
