Dear Editor, Primary cutaneous amyloidosis (PCA) is featured by the deposition of amyloid within the papillary dermis without involving other organs. PCA is common in Asians who suffer plaque on the extensor surfaces of the extremities and continuous pruritic. Although several therapies of LA were suggested, none of the treatment modalities has been proven to be effective and curative. Both topical therapies for PCA including corticosteroids, calcipotriene, UVB (Ultraviolet Radiation B), or PUVA (Psoralen and Ultraviolet Radiation A) phototherapy, and Carbon Dioxide Laser, and systemic therapies
