This manuscript presents a rare case of ruptured sinus of Valsalva aneurysm, which broke into the peri‐membranous part of interventricular septum, forming a contained hematoma and protruded into the left ventricular outflow tract with fungal infective endocarditis. Echocardiography and computed tomography played a crucial role in the diagnosis of this complex case.
