The certainty that from the pharmacological abuse, resulting in a high-frequency or chronic migraine, the patient can be redeemed is now a well-defined assumption, even if the ways of rehabilitation are different and motivated by the context where they originate [1]. We have different rehabilitation proposals, infusional/oral, progressive/immediate, with/without psychological support in a protected environment/at home. This variegated rehabilitative therapeutic reality has a single mission: the withdrawal of acute drugs that complicate migraine. This article is protected by copyright.
