Anosognosia refers to a deficit of self‐awareness or impaired insight for cognitive and behavioral problems. Cognitive anosognosia was explored in de novo patients with Parkinson’s disease (PD) and its relationship to cognitive function and neuropsychiatric symptoms was investigated.
