Helicobacter pylori (HP) infection is reported to increase 18F‐fluoro‐2‐deoxyglucose (FDG) accumulation in the stomach. The accumulation of FDG by positron‐emission tomography (FDG‐PET) in the stomach for the voluntary health examinees of cancer checkup was examined before and after the HP eradication.
