Human papillomavirus (HPV)‐related carcinoma with adenoid cystic‐like features is a newly described entity of the sinonasal tract. In this study, we evaluated histomorphology, immunophenotype and molecular testing to identify potentially helpful features in distinguishing it from classic adenoid cystic carcinoma (AdCC).
