Serrated adenocarcinoma (SAC), a recognised WHO variant of colonic adenocarcinoma, is the purported end‐product of serrated neoplasia. However, the diagnosis of SAC is infrequently rendered, and little is known about its prognosis, immune microenvironment and molecular alterations.
