Thank you for your interest in our article. First of all, we would like to point out that TREM1 and TREM2, which we have measured, are nonsoluble forms. Since we know the effects of treatment on most proinflammatory cytokine levels, all samples were taken before treatment. In addition, no significant results were obtained in the correlation analysis of TREM1/TREM2 levels with GFR levels in patients. It will be a really interesting and different publication to investigate the effect of parenchymal consolidation level on TREM level. We could not evaluate this in our study. The work to be done with this scoring system may yield promising results.
