Polymorphic eruption of pregnancy (PEP), or pruritic urticarial papules and plaques of pregnancy (PUPPP), is a benign, selflimited dermatosis that usually presents in the third trimester of pregnancy. A postpartum presentation of the condition is uncommon, with only a few cases described in the literature. The disorder is associated with primigravidas and multiple gestation pregnancies, yet recurrence in subsequent pregnancies is rare. To the best of our knowledge, there are no specific reports detailing a case of recurrent postpartum PEP in the literature. Herein, we present a case of postpartum PEP occurring in each of the patient’s three pregnancies.
