Sebaceous nevus syndrome (SNS) is characterized by extensive sebaceous nevi associated with several extracutaneous malformations—ocular, neurological, musculoskeletal, and cardiovascular ones. SCALP syndrome is a variant of SNS characterized by the co-occurrence of SNS central nervous system (CNS) malformation, congenital aplasia cutis, limbal dermoid, and giant congenital melanocytic nevus. To date, this is the fifth report of SCALP syndrome in the literature and, in this case, the patient evolved with CNS melanoma.
