patients with a relapse. Therefore, we provide results that coincide with recent previous descriptions, as well as reaffirm that lymphangiectasias can frequently occur without the need for pre-existing lymphedema and also after a latency period of a few years after surgery, as observed by other authors. These are lesions to be taken into account in the differential diagnosis of cutaneous metastases in patients with an oncological history, whose evaluation with RCM can give us an accurate diagnosis at the time of consultation.
