ALDEN validation, and there was no coexisting drug needed to dispute, which confirmed the levamisole as the culprit drug in concert with the positive LTT results. We report the Taiwanese pediatric case of TEN induced by levamisole, confirmed the causality by LTT, and address the possibility of levamisole to trigger severe hypersensitivity reactions, which could be potentially devastating and life-threatening. The informed consent and releases from the parents to publish the photographs were obtained.
