ation plays a role in cutaneous infiltration by leukemic cells remains to be determined and can be a topic for further research. To conclude, our case illustrates leukemia cutis as a presenting sign of acute lymphoblastic leukemia in a young female, which is a rare occurrence and portends an aggressive course. LC can have varied presentation and should be kept in the differential diagnosis of asymptomatic nodular lesions on the face and trunk in the setting of fever and lymphadenopathy. Skin biopsy and immunohistochemistry are important for diagnosis and for determining the cell of origin.
