We present a 30-year-old female with a history of adult acute myeloid leukemia status post stem cell transplant in 2018 com-plicated by mucositis and skin graft-versus-host disease on immunosuppressants who initially presented to an outside hospital in septic shock. She had concurrent cardiogenic shock secondary to severe sepsis with echocardiography findings of 20% left ventricular ejection fraction. Using polymerase chain reaction testing, she was diagnosed with COVID-19 pneumonia and Capnocytophaga bacteremia. Intubation was not required during her intensive care unit stay
