Epigenetic changes play a major role in mediating chemoresistance and relapse in pediatric ALL, and hence in current pilot study, we tried to identify DNA methylation, miRNA expression, and copy number variations (CNVs) in a cohort of relapse pediatric B‐ALL cases.
