The aim of this study was to analyze the efficacy of segment urethroplasty to treat severe chordee with congenital short urethra and compared one‐stage and two‐stage segment urethroplasty. This procedure involved urethral transection to correct the chordee, and urethroplasty was performed to restore natural penile length.
