Organosilicon polymer‐derived ceramics (SiPDCs) have garnered significant attention in high‐performance ceramic materials due to their outstanding thermal stability, mechanical strength, and tunable structure. These characteristics make them promising candidates for a range of engineering applications. Biomimetic structures offer a novel approach to further enhancing the performance of SiPDCs by replicating nature's complex configurations, such as layered, helical, and porous structures. Biomimetic SiPDCs still lack systematic research on their fabrication techniques and engineering applications despite their potential. This review addresses this gap by examining representative precursor materials for SiPDCs, discussing advanced manufacturing techniques to achieve biomimetic structures, and analyzing their key properties and application potential based on recent research. By refining both the design and processing strategies of biomimetic structures, SiPDCs are expected to find broader applications in aerospace, biomedicine, sensors, and energy fields.
