Catheter ablation is an effective therapeutic strategy for atrial tachycardia (AT). However, it is clinically difficult to map a difficult-to-induce or nonsustained AT for distinguishing between AT and sinus foci. We presented a case with nonsustained focal atrial tachycardia(FAT) (Fig. 1A) ablated by using self-reference mapping to use the different time interval of atrial signal between the high right atrial(RA) and coronary sinus(CS). The activation time difference from HRA to CS proximal (ΔHRA-CSP) was set as the template for self-reference technique. This article is protected by copyright. All rights reserved.
