A typical form of verapamil-sensitive idiopathic ventricular tachycardia (VT) incorporates the left posterior fascicle of the Purkinje network, and reentry is the mechanism.1-4 In this case report, a patient with recurrent palpitation had verapamil-sensitive reentrant VTs utilizing the longitudinal dissociated left-sided His bundle5 as critical pathway of the reentrant circuit.
