A 67-year-old man with ischemic cardiomyopathy underwent catheter ablation for electrical storm of a ventricular tachycardia (VT). The patient had a history of coronary artery bypass grafting and implantation of a cardiac resynchronization therapy defibrillator. Programmed ventricular stimulation reproducibly induced the VT, during which overdrive pacing (OP) was delivered from the right ventricle (RV) (Fig. 1A). This article is protected by copyright.
