Drug‐induced immune haemolytic anaemia (DIIHA) is rare and difficult to diagnose. In diabetic patients, the diagnosis of DIIHA is even harder. In the current study, we report on two cases of ceftizoxime‐induced immune haemolytic anaemia in diabetic patients.
