Medication safety problem has always been the focus of healthcare providers and public health community scholars. As the backbone of the future society, the mastery of college students’ knowledge to use medicine will directly affect the level of medication literacy (ML) of the public in the future. The purpose of this study was to investigate the current ML of college students in Shanxi Province and to identify its related factors.
