and familial PCT cases, scleroderma and/or systemic sclerosis, also called scleroporphyria, can be observed. Exposure to organic solvents, lubricants, mineral oils and UV light can lead to acquired PCT. Scleorporphyria following autoimmune hepatitis has never been reported before. A simple bedside test (urine fluorescence in Wood’s light) easily differentiates this form from other systemic scleroses (Fig. 2a).
