Herein, we report the efficacy and the safety of open-spray cryotherapy in an immunocompromised woman presenting with tumor-like orf lesion. A 58-year-old woman was referred with a 4-month history of an undiagnosed, painful, ulcerated, tumor-like lesion on the last phalanx of the fifth digit of her left hand. Six months earlier, the woman had received a cadaveric kidney transplant for an indication of focal segmental glomerulosclerosis. This article is protected by copyright. All rights reserved.
