We have read with interest the paper "A retrospective case series of referrals to our psychodermatology clinic 2009-2016",1 which shows the practical reality and outcomes after implementing a psychodermatology clinic. Few papers have been published on this so relevant matter, the experience of psychodermatology in practice, while most have focused on theoretical aspects of psychopathology and quality of life linked with dermatoses. We herein intend to present our experience and retrospective analysis, discussing differences and similarities.
